WEEK 4 and still hanging on!

Well I am almost to the end of the first month. It has gone by very quickly. The workout is the same as it was for week three but we are to make one small change to make it challenging. So for V-sits I make sure I hold the whole time. For the bike I pedal faster or with more resistance. For the RIP:60 I hold up one of my feet and I have increased my incline in the incline trainers.

I have been super frustrated this last week or so. My overall goal was to lose at least 15 pounds. So that would be a little more than a pound a week. When I weighed myself at the end of week 3 I had only lost 2 pounds. So I am already behind. I figured that when I started this I would lose a ton to begin with and then it would level off but no such luck. I spoke with Jeremy and we talked about how my body feels like it is going through a crisis or something and that to survive it needs to hold onto all of that fat storage. So my goal right now is just to hang in there. I am also hoping that as soon as my student teaching is over that will lighten the stress and I will be able to relax a bit more. I think I may be noticing my pants fitting looser too. So hopefully I am showing more of a change than just a couple pounds. And I feel proud of myself for sticking to everything and working as hard as I possibly can. Which is also getting frustrating because I AM trying so hard and not getting the results I am looking for yet.

I am still enjoying the workouts. They go by super fast and it doesn't even seem like I'm working out as long as we are. I am making sure I am working out on my off days as well as going to the class. I am still 100% attendance and 100% nutrition. The nutrition is getting hard just because I am getting bored of eating the same things each week so I need to figure out a way to mix it up or something.

I will hang in there, still put in all the effort I can and I am sure the results will come. :)
